Deddeh Villas

About the project

Modern villas, quietly nestled in greenery

Set on the green slopes of Deddeh, this collection of modern villas pairs natural stone and dark metal with generous glazing and deep eaves. AVA’s exterior renders stage golden-hour façades, wraparound terraces, and resort-style outdoor rooms anchored by a lap pool and pergolas. The imagery highlights texture, light, and privacy, presenting a calm, contemporary retreat where architecture and landscape work as one.
